We created Houston Rallies as a rallying cry
for small businesses across the Houston area.

The Lee Group is an advertising and marketing agency located in Houston, Texas. As a small business operating for the past 40 years, we know the difficulties business owners face even in the best of times. Because of this, we created Houston Rallies as a rallying cry for small businesses across the Houston area as our way of giving back to the community we love so much.

Being a small business, we are nimble and adaptable to whatever curveballs come our way. And while we are able to work in a virtual world, many other organizations have been impacted, so that means less work (and less money) for all.

Our hearts especially go out to the many businesses who were fully shut down and are now starting the slow climb back to normal, all while navigating numerous restrictions and guidelines from governing entities.

We wanted to help.

Sharing these incredible stories, ideas, and resources for small businesses is our small way of doing so. It’s simply doing what we already do best – storytelling and brand-building through compelling campaign planning, creative design, copywriting, digital marketing, and media strategy.

Businesses that are part of the Houston Rallies campaign are provided with the following weeklong campaign, completely free of charge. Elements of the multi-platform campaign include:

• Search ads targeted to those in the Greater Houston area who are searching for key search phrases

• A robust weekly radio schedule on ESPN 97.5 for a :60 commercial radio spot, generously provided by our partners at GOW Media and produced at no charge by our partners at Radio Lounge USA
• Participation on the Feel the Ad Love Podcast produced by our partner Radio Lounge USA

Each business story will live on in the “Other Stories” section of our website and thus get the benefit of the advertising we are doing to promote the program itself, which includes an outdoor billboard campaign generously provided by our partners at Outfront Media and SignAd, as well as newspaper ad space provided by the Houston Chronicle.

There are countless stories that need to be told, and though we would love the opportunity to provide the full campaign to each and every business that comes our way, we simply do not have the resources to do so. However, we are committed to provide some level of assistance to every business that reaches out. Our mission is to help small businesses thrive because if they thrive, Houston thrives.
